This Privacy Policy describes how Sify Technologies Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the DeliveryNXT mobile application ("Application" or "Service").

DeliveryNXT is a delivery management application closely integrated with the DMS platform. It provides delivery personnel with features such as attendance, shift management, delivery information, customer information based on location, delivery tracking, invoice-versus-delivered information, smart sorting, charts, and delivery or return notifications.

By using DeliveryNXT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information

Depending on the features used and information provided by your organization, we may collect or receive information such as:

• Name
• Registered email address
• Mobile number
• Employee or delivery personnel identification information
• Account and profile information

Location Information

DeliveryNXT may collect location information when location-based features are used or when required for delivery operations. Location information may be used to identify nearby customers, support delivery activities, and provide location-based functionality.

Location access may include precise location where required for the application's delivery-related functionality. You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

Device and Usage Information

We may collect information associated with the device and the use of the Application, such as device identifiers, application usage information, diagnostic information, and technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Notifications

DeliveryNXT may use push notification services to send delivery-related, return-related, shift, account, or other operational notifications.

OTP / Authentication Information

Where OTP-based authentication is used, DeliveryNXT may process the mobile number and OTP information required to authenticate the user and provide access to the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information for purposes including:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Authenticating users and securing access to the Application.
• Managing attendance and shift start/end activities.
• Providing delivery assignments and delivery-related information.
• Displaying customer information relevant to assigned deliveries.
• Providing location-based customer and delivery functionality.
• Supporting invoice-versus-delivered tracking.
• Providing smart sorting and delivery organization features.
• Displaying delivery statistics, charts, and operational information.
• Sending delivery, return, shift, and operational notifications.
• Maintaining, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the Service.

3. Integration with DMS

DeliveryNXT is closely integrated with the DMS platform. Information required for delivery operations may be exchanged between DeliveryNXT and the DMS platform to provide assigned deliveries, customer information, invoice information, attendance and shift information, delivery status, and related operational functionality.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share or provide access to information where necessary to operate DeliveryNXT and provide its functionality, including with:

• Authorized personnel and administrators of the organization using DMS and DeliveryNXT.
• Service providers that support application hosting, infrastructure, notifications, authentication, analytics, security, or other technical services.
• Affiliates and business partners where necessary to provide the Service.
• Government authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal and operational information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, support business and delivery operations, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce applicable agreements.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable retention requirements and business processes.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your DeliveryNXT account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.

8. Children's Privacy

DeliveryNXT is intended for use in business and delivery operations and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may use or provide access to third-party services required for authentication, notifications, hosting, maps, or other application functions. Third-party services may have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of such services where applicable.
