RewardNXT is a rewards and loyalty application that allows eligible users to participate in reward schemes, scan eligible products to earn points, view accumulated points, and redeem available rewards such as gift products or vouchers.

By using RewardNXT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features used and information provided by you or your organization, we may collect or receive:

• Mobile number
• Address and profile information
• Account and authentication information
• Information required to process eligible reward redemptions

Device and Usage Information

Camera and QR Scanning

RewardNXT may request access to your device camera to scan eligible product QR codes or other codes used by reward schemes. Camera access is used to provide scanning functionality and is controlled through your device permissions.

Notifications

RewardNXT may use push notifications to provide updates about earned points, redemption requests, approvals, reward schemes, announcements, and other service-related information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your RewardNXT account.
• Authenticate and secure access to the Service.
• Provide and manage reward schemes.
• Process eligible product or QR code scans.
• Calculate and maintain reward points.
• Display earned, accumulated, and redeemed points.
• Process and manage reward redemption requests.
• Facilitate eligible voucher or gift-product redemptions.
• Provide reward and transaction history.
• Send notifications about points, redemptions, schemes, and announcements.
• Provide digital content and announcements available through the Service.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal, reward, and transaction information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain reward and redemption records, support business operations, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and enforce applicable agreements.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable retention requirements and business processes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request deletion of your RewardNXT account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.

RewardNXT does not currently provide an in-app account deletion option. To request account and data deletion, please follow the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion page.

Some reward, transaction, or financial records may need to be retained where required by law, for accounting or audit purposes, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable agreements.

7. Children's Privacy

RewardNXT is intended for eligible users participating in reward schemes and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services required for authentication, notifications, hosting, analytics, reward processing, reward processing or other application functions. Such services may have their own privacy policies.
